Dear Dr. Posejpal
I walked in here to your rehab clinic a couple of months ago seeking help to heal from a shoulder injury. I was, at the time, working with my chiropractor/naturopathic docter and a muscle activation specialist. But, I was feeling that my treatment was incomplete. I knew I neeed some additional therapy in the way of muscle –stimulation and massage. Neither of these services was offered through my other doctor’s clinic.
I am so happy I decided to trust my instincts and come in to see you Shelly. My intention was to get a treatment or two and then return to my regular chiropractor for routine maintenance, but your professionalism, coaching and great hands changed my mind about going back. You have won a customer who is thrilled to be one of your patients.
In addition to the care and education and nutritional advice and nurturing I’ve received, I have received these services at an incredible price, a real value since I am not insured at the time. I truly appreciate your cash service policy. Thank you for that.
Now for the massage therapist… They too have helped me so much through their skillful deep tissue and trigger point release massages. Thank you, you’ve made a big difference.
So once again, thank you for your good care and advice. I look forward to maintenance visits from here forward.

Dear Dr. Shelly,
I just wanted to sit down (now that I can) and let you know how much I appreciate all of your advice and especially how the adjustments you have done on my back, have improved my overall health and quality of life.
So I want to say thank you from the depths of my heart and my back! What you have done NO emergency room could have done, They would have (as they did in the past) put me on muscle relaxers and bed for a week. You took me and adjusted my spine and by that evening I was 100% better.
So again Thank you for EVERYTHING! I would also like to thank your therapists, who have also made a difference in my health and life. I consider you all not just a Dr. and Therapist but, friends because a friends are people you can count on! I know I can count on all of you. I will continue to share my experience with those who can benefit from your help.

I just want to Thank you for EVERYTHING that you ALL have helped me with over the past year. My job has been transferred to Michigan so I will be living there as of March 15th. You have been awesome! Keep up with all that you do. Many may not say it but I am proof that your knowledge and skills are incredible. I have not been in any pain since my last adjustment (In November).

Thank you so much! A lot of Doctors get wrapped up in there practice they forget about the people they are dealing with. I’ve seen it happen many times, they forget to treat the main thing The Human Spirit. Thank you for all of your sincerity it makes a huge difference!
